Uber Diablo not spawning...ever

So I quit the game back in mid 2002 and did not start playing again until last October and I could be missing something. I play enough to see "xxxx Stones of Jordan Sold to Vendors" many times over in different games with a character that has killed Hell Baal. Is there something I missing? I have literally cleared most of every act 1-5 and continue to see the message but no spawn. Is there an issue that I do not know about with Windows Vista taht could cause this? I play about 20-25 hours a week so I think I spend enough time to see one in the past several months. Thoughts????|||Hell-Mode game is right place~

Possible already walked... now & then waiting 5 minutes ~ 2 hours is worth it :S
