Diablo 2 Graphical issue

Hello i am having graphical issues with the game Diablo2 Lord of Destruction.

Everything is outlined and shaded with pinkish yellowish greenish pixels.

P.S I am running this game on a 32 bit resolution with windows 7 operating system. Please help
