diablo2 takes 5-20minutes to load up on to my screen..

I click the client for diablo2, and after 5-20minutes of waiting for it to load up to my screen, it says i can not connect to battle.net, please go to battle.net forums.|||You might need to be a bit more detailed - d2 doesn't go directly to bnet on startup.|||Check the target line on your shortcut to make sure you don't have -skiptobnet on it, that will stop it going straight to bnet.
