Clearly, you haven't heard of Virtual Box or similar software.
And linux is not the answer. He is interested in Mac OS X. Besides Ubuntu is buggy as hell.
Anyway...
Basically, with Virtual Box you can install and use any OS on your machine. Virtual Box is completely free! If you have windows on your machine, then simply download Virtual Box for windows. However, you will have to buy OS X. Once you have a copy, you can install it into your Virtual Machine.
