Need help Im boggled cant connect

[:1]First off i cant connect to any realm on bnet. I have read every where and tried everything i can think of. Im in a motel at the moment but it has worked in remada motels other places and at a million other motels just not this one. I havent doen anything to be banned but if i go in open to tcp/ip i can host a game just fine if that helps at all maybe im just screwed at this motel. thanks
