you must wait in line to create game?

[:1]Never had this happen before, I'm in US east non ladder and it tells me i must wait to create a game. It will then go to the loading screen briefly, and then proceed to say

Failed to Join Game.|||I believe that when that happens you just hit a high pingspike at the right moment to not connect to the game. If you would have been in that game about a few seconds earlier, it could be possible you could time out. Why is this my opinion? The game likes to drop randomly. I've HEARD that Blizzard rolls back characters a little bit intentionally.

This entire statement is not fullproof and was for the sole purpose of sounding intelligent.
