need to insert CD after patch 1.13 and copying mpq files

[:1]I have patch 1.13c installed, and the game still requires a CD in the drive. How come?

I followed the instructions, and copied all the mpq files from the CDs into my main D2 folder. Is there anything else I need to do? How can I avoid putting the CD in the drive with the 1.13c patch?

I am running Windows 7 x64.
