Diablo 2 Screen Problems

Hi guys when im playing diablo it plays in full screen but the image is not screen stretched to full screen. my screen 16:9 Widescreen

Please Help me

Cheers|||are you plaing in a window with ' -w' added to the target line of your d2 shortcut?

or full screen (by default it will fill the screen)

or do you want full screen with sidebars to keep the aspect ratio?

if your playing on a notebook, the screen could be keeping the native resolution centered

check the video card options and enable stretching or scaling to allow it to fill the screen|||no does it need to be there?

i was it just to stretch to my full screen , my laptop is a Acer Aspire 5532|||no, adding ' -w' to the shortcut forces windowed mode and ddraw2d



give the glide wrapper a shot

download gl32ogl14d.zip and unzip to your d2 install folder

run glide-init.exe, pick english/dutch, opengl-infos, query opengl-infos

if nothing is listed under unsupported extensions its fine

pick settings

tick keep aspect ratio, desktop resolution, and vsync

then test to verify it works



if its successful

run D2VidTst.exe and pick glide
