Clearly, you haven't heard of Virtual Box or similar software.

And linux is not the answer. He is interested in Mac OS X. Besides Ubuntu is buggy as hell.

Anyway...

Basically, with Virtual Box you can install and use any OS on your machine. Virtual Box is completely free! If you have windows on your machine, then simply download Virtual Box for windows. However, you will have to buy OS X. Once you have a copy, you can install it into your Virtual Machine.

Here is a step by step video HOW TO INSTALL OS X IN WINDOWS USING VIRTUAL BOX.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NRsg1wGESIk&feature=fvst|||using OS X outside the Mac hardware is prohibited in the EULA of Apple.... Virtualising doesnt solve that problem, if you virtualise Mac OS you are breaking the EULA.

Just a few "legal" cents |||Why would you want to run Mac OS X in a PC? it's probably end up being very buggy as there are literally zero drivers for non-apple hardware (unless you go peering through the depths of the internet for developers mad enough to develop mac drivers). Are you curious to see what is it like? Go test it at your local apple reseller, it's easier that way.

on another note, why is this posted under "1.13 bug reports & suggestions" ?|||this should probably be moved to the otf forum
