"This Battle.net Account doesnt exist..."

Hey, so i was transferring some items to my mule on the same account, and when i exited the game to switch characters, i was disconnected, and got a message saying "Cannot connect to battle.net..." so i waited 10 minutes, and when i came back i tried to login again and its saying my account doesnt exist. I already emailed blizzard, but who knows how long that will take. Any suggestions? |||2 questions, gotta ask them but,

1 Are you sure youre on the right realm?

2 Are you sure youve spelled the acc name correctly?
