I have heard about the min/max damage bug on jewels, how about this one?

So what will the ed applied on? Min damage or max damage?|||sorry, would have posted this earlier but i was short on search time.|||So basically it is a junk to non weapon items then... great.|||in all reality, it's not junk, it's just non optimal, inefficient. for high level items and characters, i'm sure you wouldnt be able to tell much difference. in LLD it is more problematic and that's why we avoid it like the plague.
