Anni disappeared?

Just finished killing Dclone and identifying 18/15/10 Anni,and exited the game very soon afterwards to avoid any crazy rerolls. But sure enough when I log back in an hour or so later, my anni is gone.

Did the reroll hack cause this even though I had manually exited from the game? If so, what would you recommend against it? (xfering?/perming somehow?)
